Inpatient Acute OT Opportunity – Medford, OR
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an Inpatient Acute Care travel assignment in Medford, Oregon.
This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys the clinical variety and faster pace of a hospital environment. You'll work with adult and geriatric patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, and medically complex conditions, helping them regain function and safely transition to their next level of care.

Qualifications Required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Oregon OT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- Strong evaluation and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable treating medically complex patients
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Previous inpatient acute care or hospital experience preferred
What You'll Do
- Complete OT evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Address ADLs, functional mobility, strength, endurance, cognition, coordination, and safety
- Provide therapeutic activities and functional training
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies
- Participate in discharge planning and recommendations
- Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and case management
- Complete timely clinical documentation
