Travel Long Term Care (LTC) RN
📍 Salisbury, MD
💰 Up to $2,166/Week Travel Package | $50/Hour Local Rate
📅 13-Week Contract
🕒 Evening Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week
We are seeking an experienced Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Salisbury, Maryland. This opportunity offers a stable evening schedule, supportive team environment, and the potential for extension.
Position Highlights
- 13-week contract with possible extension
- Full-time evenings (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
- 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday schedule plus every other weekend
- Free parking available
- Any color scrubs permitted
- EMR: Yardi
- Interview required before placement
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and ancillary staff as needed
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN License or Compact RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent Long Term Care or Assisted Living experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Facility Details
- Approximate resident ratio: 18 residents
- Day/Evening staffing includes RN/LPN and GNA support
- Structured orientation program provided
- Supportive clinical and leadership team
