Description

ICU RN – Travel Contract


Shift: Nights – 12-hour shifts
Schedule: 3×12s, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Care Setting: ICU

 

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of ICU experience – Required
  • Cerner experience – Required
  • Experience caring for complex critical care patients
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required
  • BSN – Highly preferred

     

Required Certifications

  • BLS – Required
  • ACLS – Required
  • NIHSS – Required

Local / Radius Rule

  • Candidate must live at least 50 miles from the facility
  • Candidates within the 50-mile radius are not eligible

Schedule

  • 3×12-hour night shifts
  • 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
  • 36 hours/week guaranteed
  • 8-week assignment

Ideal Candidate

An experienced ICU RN with 3+ years of critical-care experience, strong Cerner experience, and the ability to care for complex neuro, cardiac, cardiothoracic, trauma, medical, and surgical ICU patients. Must have BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, an active RN license, and be willing to work 3×12-hour night shifts. BSN is highly preferred
