Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Description: Radius Rule: Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius IMC RN-Wausau WI** Clinical Interview Services** Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 9/27**THIS UNIT HAS THE CONTRACT END ON SUNDAY NOT SATURDAY Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hrs Shift Requirements: 12 hour NOCS 700p-730a Float Requirements: AWH all inpatient units, as needed. Typically will float to higher acuity units On Call/Call Back Requirements: na. Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours - can be low censused in hour increments as needed. Unit will typically low census in 4 hr increments and could ask for a traveler to work only 4 or 8 hrs of the shift. This is not considered to be on call. Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend. Every other holiday Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS and ACLS- AHA or ARC. Minimum Experience: 2+ years experience required- firm on this. .. Stepdown/ Intermediate/PCU experience REQUIRED. ICU experience, preferred. Trauma Level II preferred. Ventilator/Trach experience required. * At least 1 prior travel experience REQUIRED. Charting Experience: EPIC preferred. Unit Information: 36 beds. Med Surg Intermediate Care unit. Heavy Tele. Stable, weaning Vents/Trach, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, Ortho Trauma, spinal cord injury and Stroke. Primary Patients/Insulin Drips Patient Ratio: 4:1. Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely- fast past unit Scrub Colors: any colorGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times.  and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action.
