Description
Job Title: Social Worker – LICSW
Location: Spokane & Bellevue, WA
Shift: Night Shift | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Facility: Psychiatric Hospital | Short-Term Acute Care | Level II Trauma Center | Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to psychiatric patients.
- Develop and coordinate individualized treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide case management, patient advocacy, and coordination of community resources and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other clinical staff to support safe, patient-centered care.
