Description
Home Health LCSW/LMSW – East Portland, OR & Surrounding Areas
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 8-hour Days
- Facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s
- Required Experience: 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience
- First-Time Travelers: Yes
- Weekend Requirement: No
- Required Certification: BLS
- On-Call: No
- Floating: No
- Block Scheduling: No
- Locals Accepted: Yes
- Candidates within a 50–75 mile radius are considered local
- License: Oregon licensure required
- Pending license may be accepted, but the traveler must have OR licensure
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with Hiring Manager
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off up to 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
Special Requirements:
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Facility generally groups clients to minimize drive/windshield time.
- Occasional maximum travel radius is approximately 60 miles, with about 60–90 minutes of total drive time per day.
- Primary COVID vaccination series plus 1 booster required.
- OASIS experience is required.
