📢 LMSW – Home Health | East Portland, OR

📍 Location: East Portland & Surrounding Areas
🕐 Shift: 8-Hour Days | Mon–Fri
🚫 No Call | No Weekends | No Floating
🚗 Own Transportation Required

Requirements:

Active OR License required
1+ year Skilled Home Health experience
OASIS experience required
BLS/BCLS required
First-time travelers accepted
Locals accepted (50–75 mile radius) at same rate
Pending OR license accepted, must be active to start
EPIC/OASIS experience
COVID primary series + 1 booster required

Other: Up to 6 visits/day | Mileage reimbursed
