X-Ray / CT Technologist – Alliance, Nebraska 

🕐 Shift

• Night shift
• 3 × 12-hour shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours/week
• 13week contract
• Special CT upgrade project starts September 29

🎯 Main Requirements

• ARRT(R) required
• CT experience required
• 2 years of X-Ray + CT experience required
• Nebraska license required before start date
• First-time traveler status: Not specifically stated as required/accepted, but the position has extensive compliance requirements.
• Must have experience with Meditech Expanse
• BLS – American Heart Association required

🩻 Job Duties / Department

The candidate will work in both X-Ray and CT.

X-Ray:

• Inpatient
• Outpatient
• Emergency Department
• 2 X-Ray rooms
• 1 portable unit
• Majority of caseload is outpatient and orthopedic

CT:

• 40-slice CT
• Approximately 150 scans/month
• Dual-head Bayer/MedRad injector
• CT upgrade project beginning 9/29

📞 Call Requirement

⚠️ Call is required.

• Rotating call for both X-Ray and CT
• Typically one weekend per month
• Call pattern:
  • Friday night
  • 24-hour Saturday call
  • Backup call Sunday

🖥️ Equipment / Systems

• Meditech charting
• Siemens equipment
• Siemens equipment was purchased in 2016
• CT: 40-slice
• Bayer/MedRad injector

🚗 Transportation

Important for the candidate:

Alliance, NE does NOT have Uber or Lyft.

The traveler must have reliable personal transportation for the assignment.

📍 Nebraska License

• Candidate must have a Nebraska license before the start date.
• Online Nebraska license verification is required.
• Active professional licenses must be verified.
