📢 RN – Extended Care

🏥 Setting: Extended Care / Skilled Nursing

Requirements:

ASN from an accredited nursing program
Active RN License
BLS – AHA required
Strong assessment, care planning & medication administration skills
Experience with skilled nursing/MDS/Medicare documentation preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide holistic care and manage individualized care plans
Administer medications/IVs within scope
Coordinate with physicians, residents, families & care teams
Supervise and delegate to CNA staff
Support discharge planning and resident education
Manage urgent/emergent resident care situations
