General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.): BLS, WV Xray License WV CARES REQUIRED PRIOR TO START- Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification requirements: BLS,ARRT, WV Xray License (See General Radiology Cert Overview Below)- How many scanners/rooms does this department have?: "4 rooms; 3 general xray, 1 fluoro, 2 portable, & 3 C-Arms Staffing: 6-7 Techs 0600-1700, 3-4 Techs on Evenings, and 1 Tech on Midnights"- Will they have to float/cover any other areas?: Yes, will float between general department, fluoro, & OR- Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: General Xray studies, OR Cases (cystos, ortho, GI), Fluoro cases (ortho & GI)- Experience or 'Must have' skills: "Must be able to function in all areas including General Xray, Portables, OR, & Fluoro Will accept first time travelers"- Average # of scans/studies per day: 110/day - What EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use?: EMR- Community WorksPACS-Intellirad/Intelliconnect- Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens): C-arms OEC, Portables-GE AMX with DR-KonicaDagnostic Rooms-Del Medical,Siemens,Philips- Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech?: Imaging Director and Manager M-F Daylight and always available via telephone Lead tech most afternoon shifts-
