Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a Level II Trauma Center on a 12-hour night shift. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of CT experience, hold current ARRT (CT) certification and BLS, and be comfortable performing a broad range of CT examinations in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Siemens computerized tomography equipment to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging.
• Perform trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine CT examinations.
• Provide imaging services for patients across Emergency Department, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
• Perform CT examinations for patients ranging from neonates and pediatrics to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
• Follow established imaging protocols and ensure accurate positioning, scanning, and image quality.
• Work effectively in a Level II Trauma Center, responding appropriately to urgent and emergent imaging needs.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout examinations.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support timely patient care.
• Follow radiation safety, infection prevention, and departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper handling of imaging studies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CT.
• Current ARRT (CT) certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Siemens CT experience preferred.
• Experience with trauma and stroke imaging strongly preferred.
• Experience in emergency, inpatient, and outpatient CT environments preferred.
• Must be comfortable caring for patients across the full age spectrum.
• No local candidates within 50 miles.
• Weekend night availability required.
