Requirements:

• 3+ years of RN experience
• Behavioral health experience in a locked setting
• BLS (AHA)
• Handle with Care (HWC) — can be completed onsite if needed
• BSN preferred

Patient Population: Adults 18+ with behavioral health and legal histories, preparing for community placement.

Key Experience: Bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, major depression, substance abuse, and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD.

Other Details:

• Patient ratio: approximately 1:9
• No call requirement
• No floating
• EHR: Cerner
