Description
LPN – Albuquerque, NM
🕒 Shifts Available:
• 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
⏰ 36 hours/week | 12-hour shifts
📍 Local Position
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition
• Assist with daily patient needs
• Document patient care accurately
• Report changes in condition to the RN/medical team
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team
