LVN/LPN – Big Spring, TX📍 Location: Big Spring, TX 79720 💼 Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN)Monday to Friday Every other weekend is required ⏰ Contract PositionRoles &amp; Responsibilities: • Provide direct nursing care to patients with mental health and medical needs • Administer medications and treatments as ordered • Monitor vital signs, health status, diet, and patient response to treatment • Perform nursing procedures, wound care, breathing treatments, and specimen collection • Assist RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals with patient care • Document patient care accurately and report changes in condition • Support patient safety and follow facility policies and infection-control procedures • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team • Assist with and support nursing staff and direct-care personnelRequirements: • Active Texas LVN/LPN license or eligible compact license • Current CPR/BLS certification • Graduation from an accredited LVN program • Minimum 1 year LVN experience preferred/required depending on level • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
