Description
3x12 DAYS.
13wks.
· Acuity level of patients: Adults and Peds, acutely ill with a wide variety of medical problems and/or diseases.
· ICU, our staffing ratio is 2:1.
In SDU it is 3:1.
· Automated Medication dispensing system: Pixys.
· EMR: Cerner.
·NIHSS required for all RNs/LPNs.
·Single State Oklahoma license or Compact nursing license.
·Min of 3 years’ experience.
·BLS, ACLS, PALS- Must be AHA.
·MUST have peds experience.
·MUST wear mask at all times in ICU.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
