Medical Surgical Oncology RN (3EC) – Nights | Direct Hire
📍 Terre Haute, IN | Union Hospital

This full-time, direct-hire opportunity is ideal for RNs looking to expand their skills in both Medical-Surgical and Oncology nursing while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- 36 hours/week (3x12s)
- Every other weekend/holiday rotation
Compensation & Benefits
- $30.28–$45.42/hour (ASN)
- Higher pay available for BSN candidates
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities
- Care for post-operative surgical and oncology patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Administer medications, blood products, and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate patients and families throughout treatment and recovery.
- Document care using Cerner EMR.
Preferred Experience
Experience with:
- Medical-Surgical Nursing
- Oncology
- Post-operative care
- Telemetry
- Acute Care Hospital
Requirements
- Active Indiana RN License (or eligible to obtain)
- ASN or BSN
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience
