Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Pharmacist (AHCL) to provide safe, effective medication management and clinical pharmacy services. The pharmacist will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication therapy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and accurately document physician-ordered drug protocols, including TPN, pharmacokinetic monitoring, and Heparin.
• Review medication orders and intervene with physicians or nurses regarding errors, questions, or irregularities.
• Monitor medication therapy through the computerized patient record system for safety and efficacy.
• Monitor and intervene on drug regimens involving drug interactions, allergies, therapeutic/toxic drug levels, and medication appropriateness.

• Maintain accurate daily records of controlled substances as required by law.

   

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Pharmacist with strong clinical pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of TPN, pharmacokinetics, Heparin protocols, medication safety, and IV compounding preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and nursing staff.
• Commitment to regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Schedule: Days | 10-hour shifts | 40 hours/week

Weekly Pay : $3,270.00
