Travel Assignment – Behavioral Health RN

Specialty: Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) Resource RN
Shift: Weekend Nights, Saturday & Sunday, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
Contract: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

2+ years of related nursing experience – REQUIRED
Valid Oklahoma RN license or multi-state/Compact RN license – REQUIRED
Nursing diploma/degree from an approved nursing program
BLS – REQUIRED
EPIC experience – REQUIRED

Job Responsibilities

Provide professional psychiatric nursing care to patients with psychiatric/emotional disorders
Assess and coordinate patient care based on age, cultural, and psychosocial factors
Develop and evaluate multidisciplinary treatment plans
Establish therapeutic relationships with assigned patients
Maintain and review patient medical records
Coordinate patient discharge and appropriate referrals
Provide patient education
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Participate in quality improvement and educational activities
Complete variance reports and required documentation

Schedule

Saturday & Sunday nights
6:45 PM–7:15 AM
