Description

Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation

**Schedule**
M-F, 8 Hour Days. There is flexibility for a 4-day workweek if needed.

**Assignment Details**
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

**Requirements**
- OK state license
- AHA BLS certification required at the time of submission

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about physical therapy interventions and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care objectives.
