Description
Infection Prevention Coordinator – Fairfield, CA
Location: Fairfield, CA
Contract: 8 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time Days | 5x8 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Requirements:
- BSN required; Master’s preferred.
- Active California RN License required.
- Minimum 5 years of acute care experience.
- At least 6 months of acute care infection prevention experience preferred.
- Infection Control Certification preferred; must obtain within 18 months of hire.
- APIC EPI 101 completion within 12 months of hire.
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention and epidemiology.
- Strong data analysis and statistical reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Valid California driver’s license and access to a vehicle with minimum required insurance.
Additional:
Hours may vary based on project and work demands. On-call support and occasional evening meetings may be required.
