Description

Med Surg / Ortho RN – Simple JD

Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Unit: 16-bed Med-Surg + 16-bed Ortho
Patient Ratio: 1 RN : 5 patients
Weekend: Every 3 weeks
Holiday: Required
Scrubs: Royal Blue
EMR: Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM) – experience preferred
Staff may float between Med-Surg and Ortho units.
Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions.
Implement and monitor care plans.
Communicate patient status with the healthcare team.
Carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assist with discharge planning and care coordination.
