Description

Hospital & Unit Information

Daily Census / Rooms:
- 28 Rooms
- 75–90 cases per day
Patient Types / Common Diagnoses:
- Neuro/ortho spine & craniotomy experience (simple 1 level spine fusion up to complex 10+ level/deformity correction, spine tumors, complex crani tumors, neuro vascular, and neuro trauma)
EMR:
- Epic
Floating Information / On-Call:
- Floating: Will float to other service lines in Tower OR as needed
- On-Call: Weekday call (2 - 8hr shifts per schedule, 2330–0700); Weekend call (3 - 12hr shifts per schedule, 0700–1930 or 1900–0730); 45 min response time
- Holidays: 1 major, 1 minor depending on timing of contract (call shift only)

Job Requirements

Experience Required:
- 2 years experience in Level 1 Trauma OR required
- Strong neuro/ortho spine & craniotomy experience required
- RN scrubbing skill/experience is ideal
Certifications Required:
- BLS (AHA) required
