Description
Clinician may float to Oregon sites therefore, Oregon RN license is encouraged, however not required at submittal. Application for OR licensure is required upon accepting the contract!
Duration:8 weeks
Shift Times:8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Shift Notes:8:30AM - 5:00PM/M-F or alternative schedule would be Sunday-
Thursday/40 hours guaranteed
Weekend Requirements:Possible weekends
On Call Requirements:Possible call
Submission Requirements::
- Provider must have 1+ years minimum of current Hospice Case Management experience - [REQUIRED]
- Active Washington or Compact license - [REQUIRED]
- Active American Health Association BLS - [REQUIRED]
- Must have active DL and Auto Insurance - [REQUIRED]
- Acute/Med Surg experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
Will consider locals at a 10% reduced rate
State License Requirements::Washington
Additional License Requirements::Oregon RN license is strongly encouraged
