Progressive Care Unit RN

Location

New Albany, Indiana

Schedule

1st shift, 6:30a–7p
12-hour shifts
36 hours per week

Contract Length

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care on the unit, including rounds, assessments, treatments, admissions, transfers, discharges, patient and family education, care coordination, and individualized treatment planning.
Uses the nursing process, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice to support patient-centered care.
Participates in quality improvement activities and unit-based support of organizational priorities.
