Description
Job Details
- CT Technologist
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts
- Every other weekend rotation
- No call required
- High-volume CT department averaging approximately 100 scans per day
- Patient population includes cardiac, trauma, abdominal, pediatric, geriatric, and other complex imaging
- Performs multi-phase imaging, CTA/CTV studies, cardiac imaging, and CT-guided procedures
- Supports IR procedures including biopsies, abscess drainage, and ablations by managing the CT scanner
- EMR: Meditech
- No floating
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- Recent experience in a larger/high-volume facility required; critical access hospital experience alone is not sufficient
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Current state license required
- BLS certification through AHA or ARC required
- Must have experience within the last year using GE Revolution EVO, GE LightSpeed, Siemens SOMATOM Force, or compatible Siemens SOMATOM scanners
- Experience with multi-phase imaging of the liver, kidney, pancreas, adrenals, and other organs
- Experience with CTA/CTV pelvis and runoff, IVP, enterography, and musculoskeletal trauma imaging
- Experience with CT-guided biopsies, aspirations, and drainages
- Gated cardiac CT imaging experience required
- First-time travelers may be considered with qualifying experience in a larger institution
