Must-Have Requirements

2 years nursing experience
At least 1 year ER experience
Experience in a Level II Trauma Center
Experience in a Comprehensive Stroke Center
Experience in a high-volume ED (~100,000 visits)
Strong teamwork mentality
Ability to coach and provide real-time feedback
Flexibility to work in all areas/sections of the ED
- Previous HCA experience preferred

- Must be completed before start date/on hire:
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- CPI
- NIHSS
- Within 90 days of hire:
- ENPC
  
  Unit Details
- 101 beds
- Typical patient ratio: 4:1
- Behavioral holds: up to 7:1
- Equipment: Baxter pumps, GE monitors
- Charting: Cerner
- Scrubs: Navy
  
  Patient Experience
- AIDET
- Respectful patient interactions
- Keep patient boards updated
- Keep patients informed throughout their visit

This is a high-acuity ED RN role. The critical requirements are 2 years RN experience + 1 year ER, Level II Trauma/Comprehensive Stroke/high-volume ED experience, all listed certifications, and flexibility across the entire ED.
