• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
• Active Illinois LSW/LPC license, or ability to obtain licensure within 5 years of hire
• AHA BLS required
• Experience providing mental health therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of individual therapy and group therapy experience
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
• Illinois LCSW or LCPC preferred

Job Responsibilities

The Mental Health Therapist will participate in all aspects of patient care, including:

• Intake assessments
• Individual therapy sessions
• Group therapy
• Family sessions
• Managing an assigned patient caseload
• Providing care appropriate to patients' ages and diagnoses
