Shift Information: Every Sat and Sun 7a-7p and Monday 8a-8p

Clinical Interviewing- Yes, manager approval to offer

On Call, Call Back Requirements: None

Weekend Rotation: Weekend position

Holiday Requirements: If it falls on a scheduled shift

Floating Requirements: None

General Information:

• Imaging Rooms
• CT: 2-room

Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience: 2 years, level II preferred

Will you accept a first-time traveler: open to first time with experience

Patient Types:   CT: inpatient ER, adult, outpatients, rarely peds

Patients seen in a day:   Fluctuates 12 hr shift sees 10-25 cases

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

• CT: ARRT
• BLS
• WI state license

Skills required:

• CT: stroke protocol, stroke center, Trauma protocols,
• ER patients level II preferred
• Perfusion scans
• IV starts

Support on the Unit:

• Assistant during the weekend
• Call resource for questions
• ER staf
• Radiologist: remote
• May be required to transport ER patients, imaging assistant helps

Technology/Equipment:

• EMR: Epic
• Medication dispensing: none
• PACS: McKesson
• CT: Client preferred willing to train
• Istat for POC testing

Floating: If yes, where:  N one

Orientation:

• NEO
• 3 days

Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation: every Sat Sun Mon position
• On call: No call
• Holiday Expectations: if falls on Sat Sun Mon required
• RTO to be approved by manager
• Shift times: 7-7 sat sun, 8-8 Mon
