Description
- Position / Title: OR - RN (Operating Room Circulator)
- Facility Name: Stillwater Medical Center
- Location: 1323 W 6th Ave, Stillwater, OK 74074

- Target Start Date: 09/14/2026
- Shift Details: Days (5x8 Hours, 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM), with late-day shifts until 7:00 PM on a rotating basis (1–2 times per week).

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of recent OR circulating experience required, along with robotic surgery experience and previous travel experience.
- License & Certifications: Active Oklahoma or compact RN license in hand at submission. Required certifications: ACLS and BLS.
- Charting System: Meditech experience required.
Scheduling & Facility Policies
- RTO Policy: Minimal RTO only (fewer than 5 days preferred); holiday RTO will not be approved. All RTO must be included at the time of submission.
- Call Status: Call is currently covered by staff but may be required in the future.
- Travel Pairs: Accepted.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
