Travel Pharmacist – Outpatient | Tuba City, AZ

Now Hiring – 2 Positions!

Location: Tuba City, AZ
Start Date: September 21, 2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Pay: $79/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shifts: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Call: None
EMR: Allscripts

Requirements:

PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-recognized school
Current, unrestricted U.S. Pharmacist license
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years of Registered Pharmacist experience
Minimum 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience
Fingerprinting must be completed and cleared before start
