Inpatient Psych RN – Adult Psychiatric Unit
📍 Location: Green Bay, WI
🏥 Facility: Bellin Psychiatric Center – Adult Unit
💼 Specialty: Inpatient Psych RN
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
⏰ Shift: Nights – 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
🕐 Hours: 8-hour shifts; some possible 12-hour shifts
📊 Guaranteed: 72 hours per pay period
📅 Weekend: Every other weekend
🎉 Holidays: Holiday rotation

Requirements
- 1–3+ years Adult Psychiatric Nursing experience
- 2–5+ years specialty experience preferred
- ED experience with Psych experience may be considered
- Epic experience within the past 2 years – Required
- Active WI RN or Compact RN license
- AHA BLS
- CPI – Required
- NIHSS preferred; must be completed before end of orientation
- High School Diploma required
Unit / Patient Population
- Freestanding inpatient psychiatric facility
- Adults 18+
- Acute mental health conditions
- Alcohol detox
- Regular psychiatric unit + Intensive Care Unit
- RN ratio: approximately 1:10 on nights
- Intake and patient assessments required
