Perform circulating nurse responsibilities by monitoring patient status, documenting care in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), and ensuring accurate clinical documentation.Provide scrub nurse support by maintaining sterile technique, preparing instruments, and assisting surgeons to promote procedural efficiency and patient safety.What minimum requirements you ll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.One or more of the following required:Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.What additional preferences we're seeking1+ year OR RN experiencePediatric OR RN experience a plusUnit Description: Trauma Level 114 OR's + 2 Endo Procedure Rooms
