We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehab contract in Trenton, Georgia. This opportunity is focused on outpatient orthopedic care and is a great fit for a PT who enjoys helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall independence in a clinic-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs.
• Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Active Georgia PT license required.
• BLS required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Candidate must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
