2+ years CVOR experience
At least 1 year Level I Trauma experience – HARD STOP
CVOR experience with cardiac cases
Heart & lung transplant experience
NBSTSA certification
BLS
Previous travel experience required
IN license must be in hand
First-time travelers not accepted

Case Experience:

CABG
Valve replacements
Heart & lung transplant
Aortic/vascular procedures
TAVR
VAD
Thoracic procedures/VATS

Schedule/Other:

1 full weekend within a 6-week call schedule
Approx. 110 hours of call
Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
2 RTO requests allowed
Locals accepted for Surgical Services
Free parking
Cerner charting
