Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Rehabilitation RN plays a vital role in helping patients recover from chronic illnesses, traumatic injuries, and neurological conditions while promoting maximum independence and quality of life.

This position will work on a 24-bed General Medical Rehabilitation Unit specializing in the treatment and recovery of patients with:

• Cerebrovascular disease (stroke)
• Traumatic brain injuries
• Spinal cord injuries
• Amputations
• Neurological disorders
• General deconditioning

As a Rehabilitation RN, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans while supporting patients through every stage of their recovery journey.

Assignment Details

• Specialty: Rehabilitation RN
• Unit: 2 South General Med-Rehab
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Dates: September 17, 2026 or October 1, 2026
• Interview Required: Yes
• Orientation: Every other Thursday
• Timekeeping System: Kronos

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Rehabilitation nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification (if applicable)
• CRRN certification may be required per state or facility guidelines
• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
