Shift: 4×12 hrs — Days/Nights; variable shift
Experience: 2+ years RRT, with Level III/IV NICU experience mandatory
Also required: Neuro Trauma ICU experience
License: Washington RN/RRT license in hand
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, RRT/CRT
EMR: Epic
Float: Yes, between departments; must be flexible
Key skills: NICU ventilation, CPAP/BiPAP, neonatal intubation assist, ABGs
Important: Must be able to work independently in Level 3 NICU and also handle Level 2 trauma-center patients.
