Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift

Facility is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a permanent, full-time overnight position. This opportunity offers a consistent schedule and the chance to provide compassionate, resident-centered care within a supportive long-term care environment.

Position Overview
• Permanent, full-time role
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts
• Long-term care setting
• Provides nursing care under the supervision of an RN, physician, or advanced 

practice provider

Compensation & Incentives
• Hourly range: $24.00 – $36.00 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning
• Monitor resident health, safety, and comfort
• Document resident care, medication administration, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and treatment recommendations
• Recognize changes in resident conditions and respond appropriately
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards of care
• Provide technical and clinical support as needed

Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Associate Degree in Practical Nursing preferred
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with state nursing board or multistate licensure privileges
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have completed supervised clinical training or possess a minimum of 400 hours of LPN experience
• IV Therapy certification/training if required by position and state regulations
• Ability to maintain required competencies, certifications, and continuing education requirements
