Experience in Adult Psychiatric / Behavioral Health
Strong assessment skills for psychiatric disorders, substance use, and behavioral issues
Experience developing individualized mental health care plans
Knowledge of psychiatric/psychotropic medications and medication management
Crisis intervention and de-escalation experience
Strong therapeutic communication skills
Ability to recognize changes in mental status and patient behavior
