What You'll Do

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to senior patients.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living, mobility, coordination, and functional skills.
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on safety, strength, balance, and quality of life.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home programs.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Recent Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Senior Care, SNF, or geriatric experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
