Requirements – Stepdown ICU RN

• WI RN License required
• AHA BLS required
• NIHSS required
• 1–2+ years of RN experience required
• Stepdown experience strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable caring for patients on drips
• Critical access experience strongly preferred
• EPIC charting experience within the last year required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• BSN strongly preferred, not required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• No travelers from a facility or home location within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, adaptable, and a good team/social candidate
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend: Every other weekend
• Holiday: Holiday rotation
• Float: Throughout the facility within skillset and potentially to ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius
