Note: 2-year acute Hospital Case Management experience performing Care Coordination and discharge planning
 

For this Case Management / Utilization Review position, the facility is looking for experience with:

• Acute hospital case management / utilization review
• Admission criteria, appeals & denials, and benefits eligibility
• Care coordination and discharge planning
• DME/needs assessment and prior authorizations (preferred)
• Workers’ compensation case management (preferred)
• Knowledge of CMS, DRG, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards
• Experience in ED, ICU, Medical-Surgical, Pediatrics, and SDU/PCU/IMC/Observation
• Strong care coordination and documentation skills
