HIGHLIGHTS:

• 2 years of previous stepdown experience [required]
• At least 1 travel contract completed [preferred]
• State license IL[required] IA on offer[required]
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
• Chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, Drains, Central Lines [required]
• Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Isuprel, Milrinone, Argatroban. Some titration. [required]

Profile should include:

• Driver’s License [required]
• Work history/resume [required]
• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]
• License verification [required]
• Copy of required certifications
• References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required]

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• This unit has historically maintained a 1:7 patient ratio.
• The high volume of open travel needs are a direct response to fix this ratio the more travelers who fill the vacancies, the lower the ratio will be.
• 36 or 48 hours weekly guarantee
• 8, 10, or 13 week contracts

• The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Summer Holidays: Traveler will be required to work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• ORIENTATION SCHEDULE 2026: 09/08(Tuesday), 09/21, 10/05, 10/19, 11/02, 11/16, 11/30, 12/14, 12/28
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility.
• Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf and Fort Dodge level 3 trauma center
• Moline level 2 trauma center
• Muscatine level 4 trauma center
• Rock Island level 1 trauma center
• OnCall: no call
• WeekendDescription: every other
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
