Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Pharmacist experience
- Hospital pharmacy experience REQUIRED
- Pediatric exposure REQUIRED
- Active Texas Pharmacist License
- PharmD / RPh
- BLS
- Epic experience
- Retail-only pharmacy experience will not qualify
- Pharmacist license
