Description

Schedule
Variable shifts: days/evenings; 8s, 10s, or 12s. Call requirements include Monday–Friday: 2100–0630, Saturday & Sunday: 0630–1900 and 1900–0630 (12-hour blocks). Weekend expectation is up to 3 weekend shifts per 13 weeks as needed.

Assignment Details
High-volume operating room with approximately 45–50 surgical procedures per day.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience.
Experience with DaVinci Xi robotic system .
Liver transplant experience
Experience in at least one of the following areas: Neuro or Ortho (required).
Scrubbing proficiency required.
Level 1 trauma OR experience required.
Valid compact or state RN license.
BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
Preferred skills: experience with ENT, GU, Plastics, Burns, robotic and laparoscopic cases.
EPIC charting experience indicated.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.
Assist with surgical procedures while scrubbing as needed.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor and document patients’ vital signs throughout procedures.
Participate in the inventory and maintenance of surgical supplies and equipment.
