• 40 hours (2/12s 7pm - 7:30am and 2/8s 11pm - 7:30 am)

Credentialing Timeline: 7 Days

• Interview availability MUST be included on submission/write up

Certs: AHA BLS
License: Active VA RN License or compact
Experience:

•  Five years of experience required
• Behavioral Health and Geriatric experience required
• Psychiatric and/or Med-Surg experience preferred
• Must be skilled in clinical problem solving and management, as well as have proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Travel Experience not required

Facility size: 123 bed facility
Scrub Color Requirement: Any color-must be clean, ironed, not tight fitting, and not have inappropriate text or images.

Sell to candidates:

• Case types: Approx. 50% psychiatric, 50% neurocognitive disorders with behavioral disturbance, & 10% of the population is forensic.
• Patient ratios:
• RN - 1:34 long term unit / 1:19 admission unit
• LPN - 1:17
• CNA/DSA - 1:5 or 1:7 depending on unit
