Position Overview
seeking a qualified professional for a part-time resource position supporting an elementary school. This assignment will provide services to an elementary school student population and is expected to continue from ASAP through the end of the 2026–27 school year.
The selected candidate must meet the applicable Colorado licensing requirements and complete the school district's required fingerprinting, onboarding, and orientation process before beginning the assignment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional educational/support services to elementary school students based on student and school needs.
- Support students in accordance with applicable educational plans, school policies, and professional standards.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, administrators, and other members of the educational team.
- Participate in student-related meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration as required.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and records related to services provided.
- Follow all school district policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Provide services according to the assigned schedule and approved weekly hours.
- Perform other duties within the scope of the assigned position and professional credentials.
Required Qualifications
- Colorado license required, or candidate must be actively in the process of obtaining Colorado licensure.
- Experience working with elementary school students is preferred.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule totaling approximately 20 hours per week.
- Must be able to complete all required district onboarding procedures before the start date.
