Weekend/Holiday: Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation- weekend coverage could change dependent on nursing pool for needed coverage

Required Certifications:

AHA BLS, Active MI and WI license, Valid Driver's license,

Minimum experience:

2+ years home health experience, preferred.

Charting Experience: Oasis required. Epic preferred.
