Blended Hourly Pay Rate:: $63.88/ Hourly ($2555/Weekly for 40 Hours Guaranteed)
Breakdown:: $1309/ weekly on w2 (Taxable), $1246/ weekly stipend for lodging and meals (Non-Taxable)
Location: Chillicothe, OH
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Possibility of Extension)
Shift: Days, M-F, 7:30 a.m.- 4 p.m
Job Description:
Assessment of discharge needs, Social determinants of health, and discharge planning/referral for Acute Medical and Surgical patients.
Position: RN Case Manager
Shift/Hours: Days, M-F, 7:30 a.m.- 4 p.m.; No call, no holidays, no weekends
Requirements: 3+ years of Case Management experience
