Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health
Location: Central Valley / Stockton / Modesto, CA
Setting: Home Health
Locals: Accepted
Schedule
- Tuesday–Saturday
- Wednesday–Sunday
- Monday–Friday
Time: 08:00 - 17:00
Requirements
- OASIS experience required.
- Home Health experience preferred; candidates without prior Home Health experience may also be considered.
- California OT License: License in hand preferred.
- Pending CA license accepted — traveler must have applied for the license prior to submission.
- COVID exemptions permitted.
Hours & Productivity
- Guaranteed Work Week (GWW) hours are based on completed visits.
- 25 completed visits = 40 hours.
- Hours are guaranteed when 25 or more visits are completed.
Mileage
- Mileage between patient visits is reimbursed at the IRS standard mileage rate.
Compensation
- Rate may vary based on coverage territory and candidate experience.
