RN – SNF/LTC

Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts
Hours: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Schedule: 12-hour days
Weekend: Every other weekend required
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hrs/week
Facility Type: SNF/LTC – Post Acute
Unit: 30 residents per unit; 60 total
Patient Population: Mix of long-term residents and skilled residents recovering to return home
RN Ratio: 1:15
Experience/Skills: IV therapy, PICC lines, Mediports, central lines, IV antibiotics, blood, IV fluids
RN Duties: IVs, PICC lines, mediports, central lines
EMR: PointClickCare / Epic — the listing has conflicting charting information; unit notes specify PointClickCare
Certifications: BLS/CPR required before first day
Telemetry: No
Call: No
Floating: Travelers float as needed and float before core staff
Orientation: 2 shifts
Scrubs: Navy blue for RNs
